The MÁV M61 series is a mainline diesel-electric powertrain, Co'Co' axle arrangement diesel locomotive series delivered to MÁV. Its nickname is "Nohab", from the name of the Swedish manufacturer, NOHAB, where the series was type-marked Di.3a at the time of production. It is considered a cult vehicle in the history of Hungarian public transport, one of the most iconic locomotives.
