The life of the street -- Approaching the terminus, the landscape shifts again—apartment blocks are replaced by villas and palm trees. On the corner of Berardi Street, a priest is celebrating mass, while in front of him, a very sleek, rather feminine FIAT Punto police car with macho policemen waits for the light to turn green.
